1963 GMAC Platinum-Plus Dealer Jerry Watters & his father, Charlie Watters,
operated M&W Motors in Des Moines, Iowa.

1973 Year after year, the number of repeat customers multiplied,
and the dealership grew to become Watters Autoland.

Today Jerry Watters' two sons, Todd and Thad, hold positions as general manager and used-car manager, respectively. They hope their sons will carry the family tradition well into the future.

One thing the Watters family values is the sense of pride and loyalty among its 32 employees.
In an industry plagued with turnover, the Watters have been fortunate to retain many
of their employees through the years.

Watters Autoland's future plans call for even more growth - including another dealership. "Growing the business to include another dealership would be perfect for the fourth generation of the Watters Family." - Todd Watters
